Application received

Your application is logged and marked pending review. Nothing is issued and no access is granted while it sits in that status.

If it is a fit we will reach out to set up a call. Either way you will hear back.

Who we are looking for

People who already touch this asset class and can shorten the distance between a signed contract and a closed assignment.

Dispositions

You have a live buyer list for parks, RV parks or small multifamily and you can get an OM in front of people who actually close. Paid per deal moved.

Acquisitions and sourcing

You find off-market parks, work owners directly, and can bring signed or near-signed deals. You know a rent roll from a wish list.

Marketing and outreach

You run cold calling, email, social or paid campaigns and can keep a pipeline full without being managed line by line.

What happens after you apply

STAGE 01

You apply

Your submission lands with us immediately and sits in pending status.

STAGE 02

We review

Nothing is issued while it is pending. If it is a fit we reach out for a call. If it is not, you hear that too.

STAGE 03

Agreement and setup

Approved applicants sign the agreement that fits the role and their state, then get a company email, a phone line and CRM permissions.

STAGE 04

Training and first deal

You get walked through how we package deals, how the buyer list works, and what gets you paid. Then you go to work.

Why we gate it: marketing real estate on behalf of someone else is regulated, and the rules differ by state. Until your agreement is signed and countersigned, you are not authorized to represent InvestVent, use our name, or market any property we control.

Common questions

Do I need a real estate license?

Not always, and it depends on your state and what you will be doing. Some roles are fine unlicensed, others are not. We ask on the form because it decides which agreement you sign and how you get paid.

How do I get paid?

Per deal, structured in your agreement. There is no salary and no draw. What you earn depends on the role and what you actually move.

How long does review take?

Usually a few days. If you have a buyer list and a track record, it moves faster. We do not approve everybody, and vague applications get set aside.

Can I start marketing deals right away?

No. Not until you are approved, your agreement is countersigned, and you have been given an assignment.

What do I get once I am approved?

An agreement that fits your role, a company email address, a phone line, the CRM permissions your role needs, your first assignment, and training on how we package and move deals.

Do you work outside my state?

We market properties nationwide. Tell us the markets you actually know on the form, that is more useful to us than claiming everywhere.
